FDZJ established a subsidiary, "Taizhou Medicine" in Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province, in March, 2007. The production line there will be constructed gradually according to the progress of the company’s product pipeline. It will be a manufacture base with many production lines and whole functions.

Meanwhile, FDZJ is probing the possibilities of the capital expanding of "Taizhou Medicine" with Nanking Medical Co., Ltd (as a public company listed in Market A, Shanghai Stock Exchange), Taizhou Huaxin Medicine Investment Limited and the Huayuan Investment Development the Co., Ltd., Taizhou Science and Technology Park.
